"NavePoint Is A Terrible Company. I"
NavePoint, Review Specifics:
NavePoint is a terrible company. I bought a server rack from them and they was seconds after sending me an email to say the rack was wrong. The rack was correct but they were right there to fix it. Ive had to go back and forth with them because theyre wrong and now Im going to have to pay their ticket number which is 64.95. Not worth it at all.

NavePoint, Review Specifics:
NavePoint is a terrible company. They are Sometimes slow to respond to customer calls and when they do the quality of their service is poor. I have had to call multiple times with tasks that were not completed until after the task was finished. I also experienced problems with my towel rack which was made into a problem because Nave point did not exist at all during this time the turn around was really bad. Finally Nove Point has been known to change rules in order to keep up with changing technology so it would be clear that this is not a brand that you can trust. Overall I would stick away from NVE POINT and recommend others avoid it as well.
