I have never had such terrible service from a company before. I called to ask about my internet speeds and the person on the other end told me that I needed to upgrade my service because their current speed was too slow. After talking to three different people all of whom said the same thing I finally got someone who could actually help me out. When I asked for a refund they wouldnt even consider it. In fact they told me that if I didnt want a refund then they would just give me a new contract with a lower speed. Do not use this company - you will be sorry

Do not use this company. They are terrible at their job and do not know what theyre doing. The only thing good about them is that they offer a free trial for their managed services which is a nice touch. Otherwise avoid this company entirely.

.I just signed up for NetCuras Managed Network Services - NetCuras. I was given a contact number and website to use when I first joined. I used the contact number and got an email inviting me to a sign up event. When I checked the website it showed that the event had already taken place but there was no note with information about what happened next. The website said the contact number had been lost and found. I contacted the company who said they would send me a replacement netcura account account number and schedule a time for my netcura account to be back in service.

After signing up I was given a name and id number and it is so difficult to be scammed here. If youre not expecting this kind of service then you need to re-think your decision. I received a name and id number which looked like it was from old business daydreams but its not at all. Get a different account or sign up for the NetCuras Managed Network Services - NetCuras today
