Do not use this company for any computer support. The people who work there are total idiots and do not know what theyre doing. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was frozen and they could not help me fix it. Do not go near this company if you need help with your computer

Dont waste your time with this company. I called them on a Sunday and they said they would be able to help me the following Monday. The next Monday I call them and they said that my computer had crashed and they could not help me because it was their policy not to work on Sundays.

I bought my netessentials.net machine to use as a work computer and it works great However I have had several bad user reviews of the companys website which is not good. I have had to call them multiple times because the phone number doesnt seem to work for them. And they are not going to help me out with my taxes either. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had to many problems with this company the best way to describe it is that they are a group of people who make a computer and take care of it for you. They will not do anything about your issue except sell you more computer support products. If you dont want these products then leave now and I wont give them any more business.

"I Just Got A New Computer And Was Decided To"

I just got a new computer and was decided to try out Netessentials.net. I first started using them to get my core security Patch up so I could start taking risks with it. I have had two computers in the space of a year and a half and both had an issue with this one thing - the computer would go into categories and only list items from that category which is now closed because of the attack on Sony Playstation 4. They would show my account information but not allow me to log in to the account or play games. I was able to do all of this by reading their guide and then trying some things out on my own. The next time I used Netessentials they were able to help me with my internet service so now Im off for now - .This company makes terrible users reviews which mean youre going to have trouble getting your hands on something usefull enough not to have them integrate with Comcasts convoluted network setup procedure.
