Do not use this company They are the worst Ive had to call them a total of four times and each time they were extremely rude. Once they told me that I needed to send my computer in for a warranty check because it wasnt working right and then when I tried to get a refund they wouldnt give me one. absolutely terrible experience

This company is terrible. I called them to get help with a computer issue and the lady who answered the phone was so unprofessional and rude that I didnt even want to continue talking to her. She told me she couldnt help me because my computer was damaged which it wasnt. The technician who came out was also really unprofessional and started telling mestories about how great his other computer was when in reality his computer had just been fixed 2 weeks earlier. overall this company is not worth your time or money.

They keep Triangle Corporation as the customer service agent and on one end of the phone and on the other end of the phone they are going to talk to you. Heelecorp is not going to help me. I am not going to put up with this.
