.comI have had the pleasure of working with Newgentek.com in the past both as a customer and as support staff. It used to be that my experience was positive but now its anything but. Their customer service skills are amazingrelative to any other company Ive worked for but their support services are terrible. They dont seem to care about their customers or their time limitzNewgentek is a horrible company If youre not satisfied with your experience there do not continue using Newgentek. You will likely find that your only options are upoproofing as I have or quitting in frustration.
