Do not use this company They are terrible and will not help you with anything. I called them and they said it was my responsibility to contact their customer service because the bus driver didnt show up for work. I tried calling them multiple times and no one would answer so I left a message on their voicemail. The next day the bus driver showed up to work but he did not bring his phone so we could call customer service. The customer service agent told me that it was my responsibility to find out what happened and try to get the drivers address so that we could take care of things. And they also said that since it was my fault that the bus didnt show up they were going to charge me for the missed time. Do not go near this company

I have used this website and found better deals and faster service than what is advertised on its website. I also been around for years and had never seen such unethical behavior from anyone in charge of this website.

I have never had such a terrible time with a company. I started using company nextbus.com because I was between apartments and needed a tool to help me find my way. I never were happy with my experience there. The tool doesnt work properly and keeps cutting out at different points. Im currently taking a break from the site but its going to be back soon.

Weve used them for our next party and will continue to do so soon
