They are not in the business of providing IT support but rather Managed Services which is a scam that promises you more money than you will actually receive. I would never recommend them to anyone and I would caution anyone who is interested in using them to do so at your own risk.

This company is a total waste of time and money. I have been using them for years and have never had a problem. But lately everything has become difficult and they keep on trying to fix things that dont need fixed. They are always willing to help but are not always able to be specific about what needs to be done. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had the opportunity to review them like I did this particular group- in fact I would not even recommend them to anyone.This is a bad user review for company nicg.comCompany NICG.COM is a business that manages Central New Jersey IT Support services. They provide good services but make sure you are not paid enough to be around when they are running these services. The users who work for them are absolute beginners and need help getting things done quickly and easily yet they are always given less responsibility than people who have more experience and knowledge. This leaves a lot of people who need help get it done right away but can never seem to remember what needs to be done in order to leave a great experience for everyone else.
