Time I just wanted to let you know that I got a bad user review for company nsumsp.com. I was using the site last night and it was really helpful. Unfortunately I got a message from a customer service person telling me that they had received a case of overage charges and needed my help right away. I of course had no idea what overage was and this is not my first experience with these types of things. So I took the opportunity to research it and after reading some online resources I found the answer you were looking for Overages are the extra fees added on to your salary when you are required to receive a telephone call from your office or work population more than once per day. per monthIm not sure what this company does but my IT solutions support is way below their goal. Theyre always good at telling me how Im need some new software that Ive never seen before and should definitely get. But usually theyre here to help me with old programs that Ive been using for years. Overall its a decent company but their support is just not worth the price you pay.

Credit card representationsI was this companys customer service representative for a while now and I can say that they are not at all what I thought they would be. They are only good for IT solutions and cannot help you with your computer problems. Their support is very slow and it is very hard to get help from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
