numsp.com is a terrible company. I have had to deal with them on several occasions and each time has been more trouble than it was worth. They charge exorbitant prices for their services and dont seem to care about their customers. Furthermore the support they provide is often nonexistent or corrupt.avoid this company at all costs

Im pretty disappointed with Numsp.com. I was very excited to find them when looking for a managed IT service provider but my experience has been terrible. First of all the customer service is incredibly unhelpful and unyielding. Theyve never seem to be happy with anything Ive asked or tried to do in order to improve my experience. Secondly the prices are extortionate - even after factoring in all of their features and extras. In addition they dont always seem to have what they say they have - for example one time I had to wait months for my new server to come online because Numsp said it would be delivered soon. All in all not a great experience overall

Numsp.com is a company that seems to be in the business of providing managed IT service providers with underwhelming services and horrendous customer service. I had a terrible experience using this company and would not recommend it to anyone. The most disturbing thing was how many times I was told my problem was too difficult or couldnt be solved even though the solutions they offered were incredibly simple. They also charged ludicrous prices for their services which made things even worse. Avoid this company if you can

I started using company numsp.com in 2013 when my single customer had an issue with their online account and was helped by a support representative willing to do whatever it took to get it resolved. I never looked back after that experience and have continued to use them today. Their customer service is Top Notch and I would highly recommend them for any IT needs you need done on your end.

"I Just Registered At Company"
NuMSP, Review Specifics:
I just registered at Company Numsp.com and was immediately attacked by automated messages and phone call center hour long conversations. I had to use my normal methods like login sign in and then my account was created without any trouble. After the first few days of use there was an increase in online presence but communication levels were significantly lower than during earlier periods. I have since found that Company Numsp.com is run by a group of commercial investors who have been datasetsated for wire fraud and other criminal charges. I believe that their goal is to ruin my company and convinced me this was nothing more than a simple warning about our current software version which went out of bounds if you have not already taken actionone of the steps below to protect your business from this type of attack.I would recommend never registering at Company Numsp.com again with the possible exception of very limited exceptions.
