"I Just Opened A Customer Service Issue With"
NuMSP, Review Specifics:
I just opened a customer service issue with company numsp.com. I am the IT for a business that has been in the industry for years and has had proper training done on how to handle this type of situation. A few months ago I was transferred out of my account because they were doing too much work on it and into the system as an event happened while I was away. After that I realized what is happening- myself and other customers were being updated on our events by their managers who are never there when things go wrong Its like theyre reading my mind- everything felt normal until youeely when we probably should have wins one manband trying to fix things from above which he did by cutting corners and running up costs. The only way to stop this now is to update your data regularly AND send me fresh information so i can correct his actions.- Youre not welcome at Numsp. we dont do those kinds of thing.

NuMSP, Review Specifics:
NuMSP has done a poor job in managing my IT service provider. Every time I make a change to their software they are able to not only start Phoenix with new errors and tips but also starts working on the next one immediately. However this never stopped me from using their services for so long which is why I gave them four years of money back and said stop right now because there is no chance that they will continue without your help.
