Do not use this company. I have had multiple negative experiences with them and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. The Contact Center Analytics Drive Revenue Retention tool is terrible - it only works for a specific set of customers and it doesnt work at all with my current customer base. Additionally the drive revenue tracking is completely inaccurate - it always inflates by a lot even when theres no change in traffic or contractor activity. Finally the contact center analytics products themselves are very unreliable and do not seem to be worth the price tag.

Observe.ai is a bit of a bad time for me. Ive been using their software for just under two months and its already show me over 10000 in revenue. Its really easy to use and you can track anything and everything in contact center applications directly on your desk. This is the best contact center software Ive ever usedI would give this company aully five stars if I could. But Im not sure if thats good or bad thing quality.
