"I Contracted With This Company A Few Months Ago"

I contracted with this company a few months ago and have had to deal with them on a number of occasions. The first time was when I messaged them to ask about their services and the response I received was terrible. They told me that they didnt offer anything specific in terms of IT Services but would be happy to do whatever needed to be done in order to win my business. This was not the case at all. I ended up having to call them back several times because they were not able to provide what they said they would do or were very slow in responding. In total I spent over an hour trying to talk to someone who could only tell me that there wasnt anything that could be done for me because their policies only allow for household service contracts and not businesses like mine. Do not bother using Opalbiz if you need help with your IT needs - you will likely find someone better equipped and more reliable at a much lower cost

Do not use this company I used opalbiz.com for my IT services needs and was very disappointed with the quality of their services. I had to change a lot of settings on my computer due to problems they were having with Microsoft Gold Partner and it took weeks for them to get back to me about how things were going. In addition their prices were much higher than any other provider I contacted. Do not bother using this company if you want poor quality service at high prices.

I have had two different companies provide me with IT services for Microsoft Gold Partner locations in Pittsburgh and Tampa. I have had different expectations for each company and they have not been high quality. OPALIZZ INC. will never be a quality company when we provide services at war against reality. We are there to fill your needs as long as they cant find anything better.Were happy to help you out if youre looking for an online watermarking andinylization service fromPittsburgh or Tampa but we would like to clear up some discrepancies between those two companies offerings. OPALIZZ INC. is a quality company when it comes to providing IT services but Hillsite did not provide watermarks orillustration creation software the latter of which OPALIZZ INC.s software offers. Hillsite should now be treated as the sender of thewatermarks offering in those areas the company said in a statement yesterday.

I was this companys special target and were designed specifically to improve our customers online products like Microsoft Gold account holders in the United States. Despite being told many times by managing Director of Marketing Sales Customer Service and Im pretty sure it went beyond that I never received any feedback or reports on my need for their services. I had the option to switch to another companys service when Opalbiz was first starting and I did not want to. I understand that may have been based on the companys calculations that said our product lines were linked and were valuable enough that you wouldunta risk alienating your customers by using a different provider. I removed my review because I no longer wanted their service and it was very slow and wasnt even close to what I needed.
