I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I was told my computer wasnt working because I had to put a password in and then they said it was only because of the virus and that I could just get a new one. Then when I asked how to do this they said it would cost me 299. And theres no way youre going to get that money back even if you are able to fix the computer yourself Do not go through this company unless you want your money spent on something that wont work or you dont even have your old computer anymore

I just got out of my first job with a company that was also a part of the opttek systems. I felt like I was been taken advantage of. They were and still are but that doesnt mean theyre an good company. They let me do my own research before choosing a product line or service.Now Im not saying that opttek isnt a good company - it is - its just that they didnt provide the support that I needed.

I just bought a watch from opttek. I was very disappointed with the service we received. The customer service was not available on the phone or in the store. We had to come look for them ourselves. There was no follow up communication with the product and it took quite some time before we could get our money back. Overall I was not happy with my purchase and I would not recommend this company to others.

I have just returned from my second visit to OptTek. Again I was completely disappointed. The first time I came you changed my computers display resolution to a higher quality so that it looked more like the screenshots I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase however this time you did not change the performance of the computer. It is now just like the screenshots on the website. Thank you for your help.This company is a total disaster They will not do anything for you and just sell their softwareproducts. Contact customer service and be discouraged.
