I am writing to you because I was so disappointed with OTSI.COM. I needed to use their site for a while and it was absolutely terrible. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and have never had any problems. Now Im back and even worse. I have had to type in all of my passwords in each time she makes a new page which is ridiculous. She also said in an email that she doesnt know how to fix the site but she will try something new. So again we are back where we started
