I am current with OTSI.COM and have had great experience for my home climate control. The user interface is difficult to understand at times but that may be because it is new to the market. The company has potential but I saw some problems in the past that I wish they were still around.

I am terrible at customer service and always have been. I need a computer for work so I go to otsi.com and order it but my computer not even turn on I call customer service and they tell me that maybe my laptop is the problem and they take the machine out of the package and put in a new one but it still doesnt work. They said their person was working on another account and would be there soon. But really theyre only like Can you sign up now And I dont want to speak with someone who is possible able than some future person who never came by then again Do what you love more better leftThe companys values are its success stories - instead of being good people an should try this instead an see if everything goes well until your next conversation about customers or whether or not we all have each others best interests as our first priority.
