I have had a terrible experience with this company. I was told by the customer service representative that my computer was fried and needed to be fixed but when I called them back they said it only needed a quick fix and never mentioned that my computer was broken in the first place. They also told me that I would have to pay for their services which is ridiculous because my computer isnt even now working properly. Do not use this company if youre looking for IT support or managed services.
