I am disappointed with MRO Industrial Supplies. I have been using their services for years and have always had a positive experience. However my experience this year is different than others. The service has been bad. The staff is unhelpful and the customer service is worst. I had to call after an error was made and received no help from anyone at all. Do not recommend this business to anyone.

I have had two issues with my PDME.COM order. The first was a monitor that was supposed to be for my office but it was for the wrong product. I changed the information on the website quickly and found out that it was for a monitor that did not exist yet. The second issue was with an towel warmer. It needed to be replaced because it did not work anymore. A customer representative sent me an email letting me know and I ordered another towel warmer without having to pay shipping back again. This is a low quality company and I would not recommend them to others.

We are very disappointed with company pdme.com. Our PDME.COM account was created useful but now it is less than 2 weeks old and we have not received any of our products we ordered yet. I for one have provided information about my issues to customer service but they continue to do nothing until I provide them with the evidence otherwise it is their responsibility to take care of this problem.We arent done with this company yet
