Pinxter.me is a complete mobile engagement solution for communities that allows you to connect with your members in an engaging and convenient way. The app is easy to use and makes it simple for you to manage all of your member data including address book contact lists photos and more. However this company also seems to be very unprofessional in their customer service response time. I had a hard time getting someone on the phone who could help me out after spending hours trying to get through the chat interface. Additionally their response times are often too slow when it comes to addressing my questions about their product or services. Overall I would not recommend this company because they do not seem able to meet the high standards set by other companies in this field.

Im very disappointed with my pinxter.me account. Every time I sign in I am immediately given a 500 error and only have full access to my information if I use the reset button. If I ever change of things again I will be sure to give everyone on this site a bad review
