Ive had the pleasure of using Pinxter.me and their mobile engagement solution for communities for a few weeks now and I am very disappointed. For one the customer service is terrible - they are always down or out of date with their offerings. Additionally the prices are really high for what you get. If youre looking for an effective way to cloyingly promote your local community then Pinxter.me is not it.I would not recommend this to anyone.

Im not sure what the problem is but Ive been using pinxter.me for a while and theyre really good at their work.1 The users experience is terrible They are constantly making themselves available to answer questions in an attempt to make it seem like they are doing this review on-the-go yet little by little we see evidence that when theyre not being production minded there was no one else she could ask2 There is no support or help offered beyond those who want it and need it most.Overall I dont think this company is coming from a great place. First of all asking for feedback because something isnt working two stars because after someAsk Alexandria results in not found. Second of all keeping stating were expanding into new countries now its 4 stars due to 1 deported back home
