I have never had such terrible customer service I called to get a new keyboard and mouse for my computer and the person on the phone told me it would be a week before they could get them. I asked if there was any way I could order them now and she said no. Then she told me that because I didnt want to wait weeks she would have to charge me 100 for the two items. Needless to say this has turned into a very unhappy experience with this company.

"I Just Opened A Review For Company PKatech."

I just opened a review for company PKatech. I have had some great times working with them and Im not happy yet They are very new and so is the business. So far Ive had two bad experiences. The first time was when I was working on a project from them for about 2 months. I made a mistake while working with them and got caught up in the moment. The second time was more recently. It was a project from them last year and they were doing some big projects out of the box - way beyond my skill set. They sent me notice after notice that there were problems with various aspects of the project but there wasnt one response from their end until almost the end of the project - over a year long And theyre still going through the entire process... completely unbothered by anything Ive tried to ask for better access to their work or Elevate
