I have had a terrible experience with PlatinumSystems.net. I was never able to get my account set up and the support team was very unhelpful. The entire process of using their services was quite frustrating and it took me weeks to finally find a way to get my system working properly again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had terrible experience with them from the beginning. The first time I met their representative he was very unprofessional and made me feel like I was a inconvenience. He never listened to what I wanted and just wanted to make money. Second time my consultant did a terrible job and it took forever for him to get back to me about what happened. Finally when my consultant finally came back he told me that the system wasnt working properly and that I needed to change some of the settings on it before it could be fixed. Needless to say after all of this trouble Platinum Systems is nothing more than a scam company.

Platinum Systems customer service is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times to get my account set up and they are never willing to help out customers who they think are trying to bring their issue to their attention. They keep saying they cant help but be here for you which is what I expected from them but this just made me feel like they were working without a lot of thought given to the situation. Hopefully with new management at Platinum Systems this would change.

Platinum System Solutions is a waste of time and money. I had a great experience with another company this past year but now its gone down the drain. This one is no better.olphin news are they going to let me leaveThis user hasombve never worked with a platinum system solutions before or after sales service. They were able to fix my computer for free because they were able to get his original account cancelled and then move him over to the next company. However this company does not have any of the benefits that other companies offer like customer service refund or support in the event of a failure. I would not recommend this company to others unless you are happy working with hours and cant afford to break the bank.
