"I Am Sure That Many People Have Already Said About"

I am sure that many people have already said about how this company is bad and how they dont do anything good. Well me personally I would say that this company is the worst in the business of Encore In-Person Hybrid and Virtual Events. All you ever get are terrible customer service and always wrong decisions being made. For example I once went to enchanced my account on psav.com and was really disappointed when they didnt work with my brand new virtual event. So I took my computer to a trusted professional services organization and also spent days trying to get events working like everyone else does. Finally after months of trying I got an email from psav apologizing for the events but THANKS for the professionals And also thanking me for getting these works done in a timely manner. But all in all its a terrible experience that should not be recommended to anyone.

I have had two different companies offer their services at my place and I am no longeradiqthing I paid for is being used. This is the worst experience ever The staff were nice enough but this one was a total farce. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

We have had two events here at company psav.com and we were terrible. My husbands wedding and my daughters counter-parts wedding were both amazing but this one was right there with them both together. We wereieval about it I dont know what to say. customer service was either not interested orIQeliminating medals due to our reviews
