iVideo Technologies, Review Specifics:
Im very disappointed with company PSav.com. After years of using them to provide quality events for my customers I was extremely pleased and impressed by their now- defunct service. However they are a completely different company and their services are not alike Their events are both Encore types but also virtual - making them almost same thing at best. Thank you for the refund

Ive had the pleasure of dealing with PSav.com for years now. They are an excellent company and I always experience quality customer service. However I recently had a situation where they couldnt solve that didnt exist and I raised issue with them about it. So I sent my event planner to their headquarters in Midtown NYC to get help while I still could before their next game night which is always a around-the-island party scene . Unfortunately because of this problem my event was axed at the last minute due to time constraints on our team - much like how some other customers events were earlier this year.
