"I Was A Customer Of Theirs For Many Years. They"

I was a customer of theirs for many years. They are now known as Quadtec A Leader in IT Services. I have had to call them up several times because of computer problems. I have also been through their customer service line and its painless except for the fact that I had to go to more than one phone number. My last experience was very bad. The representative I had was this huge green guy with a mask on and he said Were sorry we dont offer that service. He didnt offer it at all. The representative said Its not available and he didnt even tell me what it is they offer instead of providing a service. Its not available because its not good enough like they say it is.

I have had two issues with this company in the past few months. 1 Ive had to send back over 1000 worth of services because they doesnt believe in cancellation. 2 Ive been charged for services that I didnt receive. Im not a marketing specialist so please dont tell me how to handle these issues. Please.- Quadtec customer service -2 on my total bill for two years

I have had three different companies that I thought were going to be as good as or better than Quadtec. One company seemed to have no interest in customer service and actually became quite bad while the other two were much more interested in being first and created less of a business sense. I have had it all. No matter how much I work on it I can never seem to get my act together. worst case scenario - I cant see why this particular company would be better than any other company. quadtec.com is just a waste of time and money.
