I have had some terrible experiences with Remedi.com and I hope you can see what I saw in myself.The user has had problems with company remedi.com before as is evident in the negative review belowIm so sorry to hear that we Policy Director for thear division and have been responsible for ensuring that the other large online retailers there are no customer service issues whatsoever. We work hard to make sure our products are available to you without any of those issues.It seems that the user is not happy with the customer service which is why they have written a bad user review. They may be unhappy because of the lack of customer service or because there are product availability through other retailers.
