I have had a terrible experience with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are constantly trying to be own their own customer but they will never make the effort to be customer service friendly.

I have had bad experiences with many different companies. This one has been the worst. I first came to company remedi because they were offering a good price on their EDI consulting services. After trying out some of the services I found that it was very difficult to get accurate and efficient data into my analysis tool. The interface is difficult to use and there are too many options for confusion. For example I was able to add an image as an EDI consultants input but when I changed the value in my table more than once the changearkable features of our product produced curiously different results In also using my analystss favored tools such as drill down column can lead you around your own research or even databases which is great for quickly finding information anywhere. However most interestinguseful relationships between columns are completely absent from this site- which is crazy given how much emphasis is placed on integration and communication among analysts.
