This company is terrible. I have had two data Recovery services from them and both times were a total failure. The first time they did not even send me my recovery plan which was extremely frustrating. The second service was even worse- they did not EVEN backup my data despite saying they would. Do not bother using this company

Revenue has dropped by 50 and customer service has disappeared for what seems to be no reason. This company is known for data recoveries not for accuracy. I have had to many issues with this company in the past and I have tell them so multiple times. They still nothing from them. Please change your story and make it a story about how customer service has disappeared and revenue has decreased. You can at least try to describe the problem the customer face. I recently worked with renovodata.com on my behalf and was extremely unhappy with their services. From the beginning there was confusion over how to order the data they were able to help me with both in terms of recovery options and back up files. Renovation Data is terrible. They are always quick to start a backup plan but then can never keep it. Every time they do a good job of preserving the old data but then lose their promise and the next thing you know there is aversioned to everything that was once valuable. Avoid this company at all cost.

They claim to help you with everything from data restoration to backup planning but they only tell you how to use their site and dont provide any useful information. Overall I wouldnt recommend using this website - if its anything like their other websites its a seniorschoolers fun place to look for information when theyre trying to make up stories in order to make sense of something that doesnt really exist.
