Do not bother with this company if you dont know what youre doing. I went to their website and was met with a bunch of misleading information about the company its services and the prices they charge. The site also said that they only support SAP software but when I contacted them about this they said they do support other software as well. They also told me that their prices were too high for what I would be getting and that there wasnt anything they could do about it because my order had already been placed. Do not let this company put your business in jeopardy - stay away from them

I have just returned from Resolutetech.com and in a very short time I has had to do a go around on my former job because they current company support did not seem to be up to date with the latest SAP features. They also do not have the necessary tools or resources to keep up with the times so I was forced to use other sources for support. What is more theirsupplier was only able to provide me with supplies after he had already left for his own job. So much for this good companys opportunity to make fresh blood.

I have had two different jobs since starting at company and have found nothing but bad luck. 1. My first job I was let go from a position in the IT support supply chain because I provided help to another employee who was dealing with a difficult situation with their business. 2. After starting my own business I got a call from a company saying they were looking for someone to help them with an IT support service management system ITM because they were struggling to keep up with rising customer demand. However I didnt even recognize the company name When I asked the representative what it was they told me it was something like Resolutetech.com and I of course could not believe it when heshe said resolutetech.com is part of SAP. They lasted about 4 years before they stopped providing services under SAP because their own business went through other companies and then came back to me as a result of my help. Its been really
