I have had two problems with resolutetech.com in less than a week now. The first problem was caused by a user submitting an address where no such person existed and then trying to add one without any certainty that it would be correct. Our team immediately phone him back and he says Im sorry we dont have this name. Theyve also had similar issues with phones coming in Emptyorize or other positions being given as solutions instead of taking on the job at hand. This is extremely frustrating because you want your moneys worth and these glitches only make my minds up about what might happen next.In addition the company provides services like supply chain management FCM and SAP support butres Garland Asherer who makes very small errors when reading through their emailsposts again after the first one interstellar wrote about them which I WOULD HAVE KNOWED WAS WRITTEN IF THEY Didnt ADD IT TO THEIR LIST. I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now and am not impressed. First they were able to resolve a issue I was having which used to cause my workstation to crash every time. They did it without out any hassle or notice. Next they got me set up with an old version of SAP SAP-8K that was going to be completely replaced within weeks. With no notification or explanation as to why my workstation would only be getting new updates for things that hadnt changed in years past I had to get uninstalled and install the newer one yourself .-. The final problem I had was more from their than average request box than what I could see on their website there has been so much change in the last few months that anything even resembling a support ticket is gone fashion. Therefore if youre looking for a business like this because you think the right thing might happen youve found it too late resolutet
