I used this company for a couple of years and I really didnt have any good things to say about it. They would bill you for services that never happened and then when you sued them they would only back out of the case if you were too expensive. If you didnt pay up their fees they would just take your money without giving any back. also their customer service was terrible.

I just sent RMS Healthcare Solutions a payment query for 22500. I never received a response back. I then sent them a payment query for 23000. No response back. I then sent them a payment query for 24000. No response back. I then sent them a payment query for 25000. No response back. Finally I sent them a payment query for 26000. They respond with an email saying they will not process thePayment Query because we are not in the same office and there is no money due. We have both our offices and the money should be due only now does itrey feel good about working with this company again

I have had great experience with rmsweb.com and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good customer service solution. However I found their customer service to be unprofessional and some of the phone numbers they use are extremely strange. For example they call my mother- in-law every day to ask when she is bringing her children out of court and the fact that they want 100 for having me contact them is Insidious at best.
