I just opened a review for company rmsweb.com after using them for so long and have always been happy with their services. However I just had a bad experience that I want to share with you all because it was really frustrating.I ordered my RMS healthcare solution from this company and received it about 8 days later than what I expected. The phone rang Andriod Express but no one ever contacted me during the entire process except for the call FromRMsolutionsgmail.com which is the customer service representative. Its like they were not interested in resolving my issue or answer any questions aside from Is your idea. Overall an unlucky situation happened where I needed something at night and when she didnt come on time morning there was nothing wrong with my device so she could have tried another day instead of putting me in a difficult situation . sincerely This is my first review but it will be last thing i write until we get our issues
