I have never had such a terrible experience with any online company. I ordered a Groupon and when it arrived the groupon was fake and there were no groupons that existed at all The customer service was so unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two accounts with them and its been always a round of changes new rules and regulations. You would think with all the different companies out there that people may have seen what you did last and what the consequences are but nope. It keeps getting worse. The most notable difference is that I was paying by check so there were no problems with bank verification. This is the only place I have gone for years without any issues. Now they are not even keeping my account history up to date which is great because it would be hard to generalize everyone to just now say this company is a total mess. After being with this company for years I realized one thing...RochesterGroup.com is the better company.
