The tech support person was very polite and helpful but the quality of their service is terrible. They never solve my problem and always send me to someone else. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life The woman who answered the phone said she was sorry but I needed help with something big and she couldnt do anything about it. Then when I called back a few minutes later she said I needed to call back in an hour because there was someone else who could help me. And then when I called back the person on the other end said they couldnt help me because they were closed. What a mess

I just wanted to share my negative experience with company rocketit.com. I started using them about 8 months ago and have never been happier. The their customer service is amazing and they always help me if I need something done after the fact. But...their mangement of IT services is terrible. Every time I use their site I get a message from IT about some problem with my computer which is great because thats when I usually lose everything. After each problem Ive had to turn off my computer and re-connect it multiple times until the mangement mentioned nothing was wrong and then do some troubleshooting on my own. Finally I got a new computer and everythings fine now...but it still makes me go back to working on my computer in peace. 1 or 2 problems here and there doesnt mean that someone else is bad at their job...but it does mean that this company cant seem to learn from past mistakes and make things work
