"LLCI Was This Companys Customer Service Representative"
Rocket IT, Review Specifics:
LLCI was this companys customer service representative for 6 months. I was given the same responses to all my questions and there was no change in the slow response time from their part. I even contacted their customer service and they did not listen to me and started trying to solve the issue over and over again without any success. In addition they are only willing to offer a 50 refund if the issue has been fixed.II althoughts that the company is worth using for managed IT services it seems that their customer service is not up to par or they would have no reason to use them in the first place.

Inc.I just wrote a bad review of company Rocketit.com because I found that they are not good at their job They send me problems with my computers software so soon after I started using their service. Im very disappointed with them right now and will definitely not recommend them to anyone we know who is also interested in managed IT services.
