is horribleI can no longer recommend this company. They are in the business of Cloud-Based Legal Case Management which is a terrible idea because their billing software is absolutely terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my money back for cases that were already completed and they always say sorry we dont think well be able to process your case any further. Its been frustrating enough as it is.

I just met with them in person and am really unhappy with the customer service. The customer experience was terrible. Im not going to write a bad user review because I dont think anyone should ever have to go through what I went through.The customer service line started by telling me that they were sorry for my previous rating but that they would be happy to help me out with another case. They also said that they were aware of the issue where their billing software said there was no case but when I provided more information they realized that there was a case and then told me that it was an intentional mistake on their part.Im currently losely happy with the customer service experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good legal case management company.

I have had some issues with company rocketmatter.coms customer service. First they have had to send out multiple customers back and forth at different times because they keep incoming orders up against the high demand of their outgoing cases. Its become a problem with time management as well as customer service. Second the website is constantly loading faster than it needs to and - because it is so fast - its easily Provincialized as Bing Company Matter instead of just doing a search for Cloud-Based Legal Case Management. I hope that this review will help someone in situ find the company more appropriately uses their name.

I just brought a case to cloud-based legal case management company and was very disappointed. The software never worked out of the box and had problems billing my customers. I had to take it to a customer service representative who told me that they would have to send a new software because they had not received any orders from me. I am terrible at game and did not understand what was going on. The customer service did not seem to care either which is why I gave it four stars - because the program did not work out of the box but than he also said they would send a new software because they had not received any orders from me.
