company that I worked with was fantastic They were always on top of things and never hesitated to help out if needed. Highly recommendI worked with the 20 MSP company for a little over two years and they were FANTASTIC They always went above and beyond in helping me out if needed and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality IT services. "I Used This Company For Their IT"

I used this company for their IT services and I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The first time I called them they were very busy and couldnt take my call. They said that because it was a holiday there would be no tech support for the next week. After weeks of calling and writing to them they finally agreed to send someone out but only after telling me that the tech support person would not be able to do work on my computer because he was on vacation. When the tech support person came he found that my computer had been crashed while it was in use by another user and could not fix it. He then told me that he would have to charge me 250 per hour for his labor which is more than what I am already paying for my IT services from other companies. Also when he came back to my house after his vacation there were still some issues with my computer so he charged me an additional 200 just so he could come back and try

s that I spoke to all said that the service is terribleI would not recommend this company to anyone. The service is terrible and they do not have any customer service experience at all. They just try to take advantage of you and make you pay for services that you didnt even need.

I used this company to service in the past were ALL SCAMI have been a customer of Roland Technology for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with their services and always found them to be reliable. However after using their services for the past few months I am writing this review to warn others of the scam that they run. I was sent an email asking me to provide my IT consultancy business address so that they could send me support information about how to improve my websites security. When I asked what the support information was all I received was a link to a page that said it was not real and had been created by Roland Technology in order to scam me. Do not use this company if you dont want your money back - they are trying to take advantage of you

s I spoke to said this is the worst company they have ever worked with1.The 20 MSPs I spoke to said this is the worst company they have ever worked with. They would not give me any information about their services only that it was IT consulting. It sounds like they are just scamming people out of money.

s in the Business I was this companys customer for over 10 years and always felt that they were on top of their work. However recently Ive discovered that they are working together to do work for just about anyone who needs it done within 24 hours This is a huge coincidence as I usually have to wait days for my work or my computer to be repaired so I cant give them any marks for customer service.

s are all working fine but Ive never received a response to my support ticket. I specifically asked for someone to contact me and they didnt.I have had roland technology work on my computer for the past year and a half. Every time I have asked for help they have failed to respond. I have even sent emails and wont get back to me. Im sure its not just the job but their process which is poor.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
