I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I was told by a representative at Santeon that my order was lost and would take about 2 weeks to get it replaced. In reality the order arrived 4 days after I placed it I called customer service again and this time they said that the replacement order was already on its way Needless to say I will not be returning to Santeon or using their services again.
