"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Service From A Company."

I have never had such terrible service from a company. I called to ask about some services they offer and the person on the other end was extremely pushy and did not listen to what I was saying. Then when I got there they were even more pushy and absolutely refused to do anything except try to sell me additional services that would cost me an extra 50month. Save your money and dont ever use this company again

I have had a terrible experience with Simpinc.com and their services in general. The site is incredibly difficult to use and generally contains many useless information resources. I have had to call them up several times to get help with computer settings and my internet speed has been directly related to the support that Ive received from you all. Im not sure what youre supposed to do when something like this happens but its just not good enough for me to even consider using this website again.adesh
