I was this customer for 3 years and never received my orders. I contacted customer service and they did not even call me back. I started to feel like they were doing something without doing anything.I would not recommend this company to others.

Simpinc.com is a company that promises to be one of the most easy-to-use IT services on the market. However I found very few good things about their services. For example they failed to meet my expectations for customer service when there was no response when I sent in a request for help with an issue with my account. Additionally they offer only limited support and you have to call them up yourself to get help. Overall I would not recommend working with this company because it is likely that they will succeedless attempts at helping you achieve your goals and enjoy your use of their services.
