I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I called Simple Helix because they said they could help me with my computer problem and then when I got there the technician said that he couldnt fix it and that I needed to get a new computer. He also said that since I was using their services he would not be paid for his time. In addition he was very unprofessional and refused to take any responsibility for what happened. This is not an honest business or one worth trusting.

We have had terrible experience with Simple Helix Huntsville Data Center IT services provider. Our tech support team has been incompetent and unable to fix our numerous issues. They also charge an arm and a leg for their services which makes it very difficult to budget for them. We highly recommend not using this company if you need help with your data center

I have now spent over 100 worth of money on them because my internet has not worked. If you are going to use this website save your money and go somewhere else.
