I have used this company for a while now and I have to say that they are not very good at what they do. They charge a lot of money for things that dont really help their customers and their software is terrible. The email server help desk is also really bad - its constantly crashing and its hard to find anyone who can help you with the website analytics. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got my first job as a web consultant and I was so excited to help out company smartertools.com with my new business website. I was very surprised that company smart tools didnt work when I sent them a message about our project. I talked to their customer service and they said it wasnt their responsibility to find a fix. Im not sure what you could do to make company intelligent tools less likeable and more like your typical product you offer

The whole process of getting my information changed updated and then needing to file a help desk call was super confusing and frustrating. The entire time I was wondering what on earth was going on. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just signed up for the email server help desk and then realized that I HATE THAT ENTIRETHING. Company Smart Tools is always one step ahead of the competition by adding new features and taking advantage of modern technology but their software is simply terrible. Their web analytic software is even worse. You cant even finish my review without saying bad user review to myself. company smartertools.com does not work for me at all. Its always fail because my computer would go out and we would have to start from scratch
