"I Have Never Had Such"
SmarterTools, Inc., Review Specifics:
I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service. I spoke to a rep who was always very slow in responding to my emails and then when she did it took forever which wasnt good enough. She also didnt seem to be able to see the difference between my idea and what they were using. So I convinced her that it would make our email sent more efficient so she can send another one after about six months of collaboration weve been having since we started working together. But other than that everything is just bad here.
