Im sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with Softresources.com. The consultant I worked with was very unprofessional and didnt seem to understand the importance of quality in their work. He also gave me misleading information about the software selection process which made it difficult for me to make a good decision about what software to buy. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I recently worked for Soft Resources and was an excellent employee. However recent reports have shown that they are a unible company with poor customer service. First I would like to share my review of soft resources in detail.I took a position at Soft Resources where I was required to be an employee for 6 months. My job was to provide advice on software selection and evaluation. I had the opportunity to use a variety of software over this time period and while it wasnt a ideal experience it was necessary in order to improve the product line and ensure that we were providing the best possible customer service. However so far I have found myself with poor customer service skills.First I was given a job manager position which meant providing direction input and support towards the various areas of the product line from our marketing team. semester however. suddenly all work stopped . . . never heard from her again even though she seemed available every day quite simply

I have just finished a project at softresources.com and I am very disappointed with the results. I chose to use the software selection consultant option and was given a list of software that I wanted to use. I have tried each of these programs and find that few are good enough to be installed on my computer. The software evaluation consultants do a great job of assessing the value of the programs but they also have to be careful not to judgmentalize people who only need help with one program.The only program that worked well for me was the software evaluation consultantsuvwz. He found a program that was too difficult to work with and wrote a negative review about it.

I just registered with softresources.com and was immediately shown the main business of the company. This is a bad move if the company wants to be successful. exampleThe software selection consulting service I received was not what I was expecting. The website was simple and had some good programs but the rest of the stuff on the website was not what I was expecting. The software evaluation consultant I received was much more professional and we used both sites to explore different programs and services. She did an excellent job recommending quality programs and services for me to consider using.softresources.com does not offer quality software selection consultancy services like these people are providing.
