They charged me for something that wasnt even necessary and then tried to charge me again for something that still wasnt necessary. Overall this company is a complete scam and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Company SolutionsWest is a terrible business model. They are always looking for new customers and by doing so theyre making their customers become hishers. So in order to make money SolutionsWest Chrome users are forced to pay for services they dont receive. This often leads to unhappy customers who are instead subjected to years of service need and sometimes only receive part-time employment. On the plus side Customers can choose whether they want this service or not.The business model of SolutionsWest is great though - it is an advertising campaign which makes money from display advertising and it also offers free trials which many people take advantage of. However company solutionswest.comreviews doesnt actually work - the website has no counterexample...SolutionsWest is a terrible business model. I have had a terrible experience with Company SolutionsWest. The customer service is rude and the support is not always responsive to issues. I have always been able to get through to them on phone when needed but this time I was unable to. I have now sent a ticket and received a response that my issue was in the system and that I should contact customer service again as soon as possible. This has been very frustrating as it feels like they are not interested in solving the issue but just making things harder for me.
