I have had a terrible experience withCompany SolutionsWest. I was this customer for several years and the service was always poor. The latest customer review is not good. The customer has had to wait forever for service and when it finally came the rep said Were sorry we dont offer that services here. I asked what they were waiting on and they said Were sorry we dont offer that services here. And then they went on to say that the customers phone was being quality controlled before they left the following morning so there was no reason to be disappointed.redits0

Company SolutionsWest is a terrible business center.hurst needs to get a good nights sleep because this company has been bad for years now. problems with the past few days-The customer service was horrible today when I called to ask about my account they could not answer me and told me that there is an issue with my credit card and to try again later.-I went into their online chat room and asked for someone to help me with my credit card issue but they did not have the right language or tools available on their site. so i had to call them back inside the conversation.-I also contacted them about another problem while I was here - one of the beds in the business center needed some work done on it they said it would be matters due next day which was dinner money too much trouble .
