I have never had such bad service from a company in my life. I ordered a new computer and they said it would arrive on the same day but instead it came two days later. Then they said it wouldnt be delivered until after the weekend because their boss was out of town. I asked to speak to the boss and they wouldnt let me because she wasnt there. Finally when I called back the manager told me that she was out of town too and that her boss would take care of everything. This is not how you run a business

Speros.com is a domain name that was taken by the company because it was one of the few domains left in Savannah that wasnt being used toivotary speros.com. Speros.com is a website that is designed to allow users to register new accounts and sign in to old accounts. However when you Register with Speros.com you will be asked if you are over 18 years of age. After checking your age they will then show you a list of pages on the site which are for information services only. I have never seen this type of service before and it is extremely frustrating

Speros is a company that realizes the importance of customer service and delivers on those promises. However I had an experience at their office recently that made me realize how important it is to be someones best friend. The company makes it easy for customers to get in touch with customer service but they are not easy to talk to. I started out being nice and asking all of the questions I could think of but it was clear that there was something wrong with my phone. They did their best to help me out with what was possible and didnt put too much pressure on me to have another go at it but you can tell theyre disappointed in myself. So...Ill just stick up Speros and my phone until he shows up back in good condition.
