Do not use this company. They are terrible at their job and will try to scam you. I have had multiple conversations with customer service about my policy and they all say the same thing the insurance company is closed for lunch. Do not bother using them if you want to be scammed.

I was extremely disappointed with the company surancebay.com. I ordered their innovative insurance software and it was only a few weeks after I received it that I realized that the software required significant work to install correctly. The installation process was incredibly frustrating and the end result was a botched product that did not meet my expectations at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I would certainly not use them again in the future.

I just submitted a bad user review for companysurancebay.com which is in the business of Surance bay innovative insurance software. The website seems effective and everything looks good when I visit the website. However when I try to make a payment through the website it goes into a secure checkout process but once my purchase is made I am taken to a feedback page where I can see that my review was accepted but without being practiced. So now I have to go back to the website and enter my name and email all different times so that the company can check my account every time it processes my purchase. Thank you for your help
