We consulted with several companies and TechGen was the only one who offered a competitive price and promised to be on time. TechGen.com is a complete mess The support they offer is terrible and the customer service is nonexistent. They dont seem to care about their customers or their services. I have had a negative experience with TechGen.com in the business of Managed IT Services Support Minnesota. I was promised high-quality service but instead I received substandard results. My support ticket was response back within minutes and the issue wasnt resolved until after hours which made it very frustrating. Overall this company does not meet my expectations and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The first time I used them they did not even send me a confirmation email after my order was placed They then charged me twice for the same service that I already paid for And the worst part is that their support staff is total jerks They always say things like sorry we cant help you or youre on your own. Dont bother using TechGen.com - youll be sorry you did

is a company that provides IT support for businesses in the state of Minnesota. I am not sure if this is a review or a message but it is bad. The company did not provide any support for my computer and said that they were only responsible for making sure the computer was fixed and would take care of all of the bills associated with using their service. Maybe they should take a look at some other states and see what success there has been in getting customer support.Im having trouble with my techgen account. Ive never had such issues with an organizations IT services before. Every time I use their services they say that theyre out of town and will be right up the way. They sent me an email asking me to sign up for a new account which I did then received a notification that my old account had been taken down from the list of accounts. I never received any help from techgen on how to fix my problem everything was just automated for me
