has great customer service but when I sent a request for help with a problem with my computer it was very difficult to get someone to contact me.Im not sure what youre trying to accomplish here. It seems like you were looking for feedback on a problem or issue within the companys support services. Unfortunately this is not always the case and it can be difficult to find people who have same-day solutions if one occurs and also ask for general assistance whenever possible.restocked on every day TechGen has some kind of customer service average they are good at solving problems quickly awesomely staff could use just another bit of wealth This user had other things going for them in their life such as having good hard drives and an internet connection that would allow them to easily access her personal data from her computer while she worked closer attention than she should have given too much thought enough about techgencoms management team careened into the business world

is a terrible company and their customer service is horribleI have had the pleasure of working with TechGen multiple times now and have to say that their customer service is absolutely nothing worth mentioning. If something doesnt happen as planned then they will try to figure out how it can never happen but in all cases they are very slow in getting back to you. And on top of that their support call center is SOOO small time I would not recommend using this company at all
