This company is terrible. They are not good at anything and cant seem to keep up with the latest technology. Their services are extremely expensive and they do not have any of the features that other companies offer. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. First of all their customer service is terrible. I called them to ask about some IT services that I was interested in and the woman on the phone said she couldnt help me because Telewire Inc. was in the middle of a sale. She told me there would be no charge for the services but I would have to wait until after the sale was over. Then when I tried to call back they wouldnt take my calls. I ended up calling another number and leaving messages on both of their voicemailboxes. Finally after hours of trying to reach someone who could help me I reached someone at Telewire Inc. and they said that there was no way they could help me because their current sale was over and there would be no charges next week either. In addition their website doesnt list any information about their IT services or how to find out more about them. This company is not worth your time

Dont use this company if you need help with your IT. Theyre terrible at what they do and cant seem to fix things on their own. My system crashed because of them and now I have to call them for help every time something goes wrong. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Telewire has been terrible to work with. The website is Crood and never updates quickly enough to be useful. The phone numbers are also all in Crood which is difficult to understand or even keep on hand. All in all I would not recommend working with TeleWIRE.
